EULA - End User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and V-Plugs. After you have purchased a license, you may install and use one copy of Mr. Soundman Premium on a single computer. Mr. Soundman Premium is protected by copyright law. You may not make copies, transfer, resell, distribute, network, or electronically transmit Mr. Soundman Premium. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code, algorithms or methods employed within, or make any derivative works of the Software.

Mr. Soundman Premium is provided without any kind of warranty. The software may not be free of bugs and errors. We do our best to bring you a bug-free software, but bugs occurs! In any case, V-Plugs are not liable for any damage caused by this software including hearing damage, lost data or lost profit arising out of any malfunction of the software!
